MINUTES DECEMBER 21, 2016

Meeting was called to order at 7 pm. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Tom Brunnock, followed by a Moment of Silence for our departed neighbors.

Officer Matt Lemos reported there were no stolen vehicles during the previous month and that 75 out of state plates have been seized.

Representative from Lakewood Neighborhood Association was recognized, Chuck Borse. They are undergoing renovations at Lakewood Park, redo the gazebo, looking for any historical information on area, call him at 475-235-7420.

Secretary minutes from previous meeting were not available.

Treasurer’s Report:

Opening Balance: $ 7,151.58

Income: 215.00

Expenses 838.33

Closing Balance: $ 6,478.25

Motion to accept Treasurer’s Report by Bob Perigard, 2^nd by Tim Connelly.

Honorable Tom Brunnock - spoke about zone change behind BJ’s, meeting on zoning change postponed to 12/22 at 7 pm, many deficiencies in plan submitted incl. no 100 ft frontage. Please try to attend and voice opposition

Old Business: Tree lighting and visit from Santa on 12/4/16 went very well, many people attended.

New Business: Bob Perigard has ordered replacement flags, have not arrived yet but the cost was less than the $750.00 approved.
